Weekday weddings are fun - especially when it's a group of fun guests from all over the world who come to Northern California to enjoy the sunshine, wine, and amazing food we have. Megan & Willie are/were living in Minnesota where Willie was playing for the MN Wild (my home team) and has now moved to the Vancouver Canucks (close to where he grew-up). There's nothing more exciting that planning a destination wedding, buying a new house in a different country, and getting to know a new team. But their wonderful coordinator, Rebecca Reategui was able to let Megan and Willie relax for a few days in the fabulous Napa Valley. Calistoga Ranch hosted this wonderful event and looked amazing with Karen Axel of Tapestry Flowers creating a modern white-on-white ceremony and lavender-on-white reception in the cave.
